Who am I?

My name is Agota, fractal drawing trainer, and I can help you connect more deeply with yourself without words, but through the language of colours and shapes.
This self-discovery method focuses on your inner world, allowing you to see emotions, patterns, or blockages that you may not yet have put into words. The whole process begins with a simple yet powerful technique: with closed eyes, you let your hand move almost like doodling, creating a web of lines. Then you intuitively fill the shapes with colours.
My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and loving space for this inner journey. I guide you step by step through the process and, if you wish, I can help you reflect on the feelings and thoughts that arise from your drawing. Each picture can bring surprising insights, showing you where you are in your life right now and where you may be heading.
The fractal drawing method works not only on a soul level but also on the body. Many participants describe experiencing calm, stress relief, deep rest, and even a sense of creative liberation. This is no surprise, the process quiets the overloaded mind and awakens a more intuitive, free-flowing state, allowing genuine inner renewal to take place.
I believe - and have witnessed - that our inner images hold every answer, even when the question itself is not yet clear.
Alongside fractal drawing, I am also a naturopath and phytotherapist, hormone balance advisor, Tibetan singing bowl therapist, and OH card instructor, practicing in London since 2016.
